Our Mission
Rugby Asia Alliance Charity Limited (RAA) is a registered charity dedicated to fostering social inclusion and enhancing diversity in Hong Kong.
Our mission is to use sports, particularly touch rugby, as a tool to empower individuals in hardship and to build healthy communities for everyone. Our focus is on groups not traditionally served or reached by the existing mainstream sports organisations. We have worked with individuals and groups experiencing physical and/or mental difficulties, migrants, low income families and other marginalised groups. We have also encouraged countless girls and young women to pick up sports and supported them to take on leadership roles in their lives. RAA collaborates with other local associations to broaden our impact and reach more individuals in need.

Meet the Team
RAA is a small team but we are willing to give our all for impact!

Founder
Dr. Diana Li
I am a small person with a passion for physical activities, ranging from Chinese kung fu to sailing and rugby. Sport has given me so much and profoundly transformed my life. It has shaped who I am today and helped me overcome challenging times. I firmly believe in self-improvement not as an aim in itself but as the basis to build up positive energy and to spread that positivity widely—starting small and growing step by step. This philosophy is the foundation on which I started RAA, with the aim of making a difference through my own abilities and a deep belief in sport as a catalyst for change. I am fortunate to have more and more like-minded individuals joining this movement. I look forward to sharing my experiences and collaborating with your ideas to create a better and more compassionate future.
